How It Works
This revolutionary program trains a team of teachers and staff to stop acts of bullying, encourage self-esteem and friendship, and build a supportive, unified relationship among students.
The BuildUp approach, based on years of research and development with meticulous fine-tuning, focuses on supporting every child to create a cooperative, peaceful, well-balanced atmosphere throughout the school.

Core Beliefs
At the center of the BuildUp philosophy is the belief that every human being has their own special magnificence. Our program isn’t about vilifying the bully or achieving justice; it’s rooted in problem-solving and repairing and improving relationships.
We Believe In
The unique strengths and beauty of every child
Eradicating bullying by repairing relationships
the power of problem-solving
teamwork, idealism, and leadership
How an Educator Performs a BuildUp
A teacher or educational administrator publicly recognizes a student’s inner value and his/her impact on the class. The team creates a positive environment through class-wide messaging using powerful posters in addition to individual BuildUps.
Systematic Teamwork
School staff identifies students who may be struggling with self-esteem and social difficulties and forms a BuildUp team of teachers who learn to perform BuildUps on identified students as well as other students in the classroom.
The BuildUp process harnesses the talents of your staff to clean out bullying and build up students through its proprietary, multi-faceted approach.
The BuildUp Process
Over the course of six weeks, we systematically train select school staff members in specific and concrete actions and interventions to build a positive school environment and cultivate unity.
The team leader and all BuildUp team members are assigned weekly tasks. The team and a Reyus professional meet regularly to collect and analyze data and make necessary adjustments to drive progress. Every member is given easy-to-use materials, checklists, and organizers to stay on track.
A BuildUp is successful when:
The teacher creates a culture of recognition
It is said with sincerity and passion
It comes from someone who the student respects
It calls attention to the student’s genuinely noteworthy trait
The teacher partners with Hashem for siyata dishmaya!
CleanOuts
A Cleanout is needed when a bullying situation has been identified. Team members implement interventions to identify all factors in bullying, then strategize to “clean out” the incident without any lingering harm or bad feelings.
BuildUp focuses on two types of CleanOuts:
- - Interpersonal Cleanout
- - Internal Cleanout
