Upon implementation of Buildup, it was reported from no less than 5 different people that the situation had improved significantly — with there now being a beautiful new level of unity and an increased feeling of self-worth among the students.
I am overjoyed to report that as a direct result of integrating Buildup into my classroom there is now a heightened level of unity, an increased feeling of self-worth, and an improvement in the level of learning that is so significant that I never would have imagined that it could even be possible.
The results were unbelievable. There was a tremendous increase in the students’ self-esteem… Additionally, there is a positive feeling among the staff and students where everyone is trying to notice and comment on the strengths of others.
The students really looked forward to these buildups as they enjoyed hearing nice things about themselves, but more importantly, they liked hearing the nice things about their friends.
